The form is for people who prefer to write once and wait. Whatever you send there arrives with the same team, and we answer with the same written quote.
Either way you hear from a person in Labuan Bajo. There is no booking engine between you and us, and no deposit is asked for until you have a written quote and a date secured by your deposit.
Do not send passport scans or payment details in the first message. We ask for the right papers at the right time, and we say how to send them.

Five details that sharpen our first reply
A short message works best when it carries five things. Each one saves a round of questions.
- Your dates, or the month if the dates are still open.
- The number of guests, and whether the party is two or more.
- The trip length you have in mind: 3D2N, 4D3N, 5D4N or 6D5N.
- Your hotel in Labuan Bajo or your flight, so we can place the meeting point and the end of the trip.
- Anything we should know, such as a honeymoon, a birthday, a knee that dislikes steps or a wish to see the sunrise from Padar.
With those five lines we can say whether Gammara is free, which route fits, what the whole-boat price is and how the day-by-day looks. If you are not sure of any of them, send what you have and say so.
We do not hold a date on a guess. We hold it when the deposit is paid, and we say so in the quote.
Answering hours and who answers
The chat is staffed Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). Messages that arrive outside those hours wait until the next opening and are answered in order, so a late-night question is not lost.
Those answering are the booking team of PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, working from Labuan Bajo. They know the route, the park rules and the boat's printed facts, and they say so when they do not know something. They will not guess a detail for you.
They are not the crew. For a question that only the captain can answer, such as the anchorage on a particular night, we pass it to the boat and bring you the answer.
