A single hull fee, whether two sleep aboard or six
The rate card works in bands, and each band buys the whole boat. With one to six guests aboard, 3D2N costs IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479) and 4D3N costs IDR 100,000,000 (≈ USD 6,135). Five days, 5D4N, is IDR 135,000,000 (≈ USD 8,282). Six days, 6D5N, is IDR 170,000,000 (≈ USD 10,429). Those are a couple's figures exactly, the same a party of six would pay.
The per-person figure in the table is the whole-boat price divided by the number of guests; for two guests it is half the price. For two on 3D2N that is IDR 36,500,000 (≈ USD 2,239) each. On 4D3N it is IDR 50,000,000 (≈ USD 3,067) each, and the beach dinner comes with it. Seven guests or more move up a band: IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for 3D2N. Every number here was checked on 3 November 2026.
Longer trips are on the same 2026 rate card. 7D6N costs 205 million rupiah for one to six guests and 210 million for seven to twelve. 8D7N costs 240 million rupiah and 245 million. We plan the route with you, and there is no sample itinerary page for either. Twelve guests is the limit; beyond that you would need a second boat.

Ten spare berths, and where two guests choose to sleep
Six cabins, twelve berths. Sail as two and ten of those berths stay empty, and the choice of where to sleep is yours, because every cabin comes with the charter. No cabin carries a surcharge, so the two upstairs cost exactly what the Deluxe cabins below cost.
Most couples take Jasmine, the panoramic cabin, or Lily, which has an ocean view. Each has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a hot and cold shower, and air conditioning. The four Deluxe cabins downstairs have double beds and no stated view.
What the two of you will not have to share:
- Six cabins, with their own bathrooms.
- One dining lounge behind large windows.
- One social deck, with a paddle board.
- One tender, with the crew to run it.

Beyond the hull price: park package, guide, drinks, card fees
Inside the whole-boat price is the boat and everything that keeps it running: the harbour transfer, the crew and a cruise director, three meals a day, free-flowing coffee, tea and mineral water, snacks and fruit, towels, life jackets, snorkel gear, and air-conditioned ensuite cabins. On 4D3N or longer, the beach dinner setup is added.
Outside it are a handful of separate lines. We quote the Komodo park package with your trip, and the table below sets it out. The park package is 650 thousand rupiah per foreign guest and 350 thousand per Indonesian guest on 3D2N, and 750 thousand and 350 thousand on 4D3N. For 5D4N and longer it is confirmed in your quote. A private charter does not include a guide or photo and video documentation; we price those when you ask. Alcoholic drinks, flights, hotels, travel insurance and crew tips are your own. Flying a drone needs a park permit, so ask us first. Divers must carry dive insurance.
Fees by channel: 3 percent on a card link, 7.2 percent on PayPal, 3 percent on the card machine in Labuan Bajo. Banks sometimes add a charge of their own on top.

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.

One package covers the government entrance ticket (IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day, PP 36/2024), the ranger fee and the local levies. It is quoted per guest and paid on top of the boat price, unless your quote says it is included. For other trip lengths, the desk quotes the package with your booking.

If Gammara cannot leave on your date: equal class or money back
Sometimes a boat cannot leave, and it is nobody's fault but the sea's or the paperwork's: a breakdown, a survey, an order from the harbour or the park. Here is what happens in each case.
- The boat cannot sail before your date: an equal or higher class phinisi on the same date at no extra charge, or a full refund. The refund is normally transferred within 2 x 24 hours once the conditions are met. Written confirmation comes first.
- You decline the replacement: a full refund. Once the conditions are met, the money normally returns within 2 x 24 hours.
- Weather or force majeure once you are at sea: case by case, in writing. The captain changes the stops and the anchorage.
- You cancel: 50 percent back at 60 days or more, 25 percent at 30 to 59 days, nothing inside 30 days. A new date costs nothing at 30 days or more and IDR 500,000 at 14 to 29 days.

Rate card 2026 and the open question of 2027
Every figure on this page is from the 2026 rate card, valid to 31 December 2026, and we last checked it on 3 November 2026. Prices for 2027 are confirmed in writing when you book.
A 2027 honeymoon can be planned now: write with the month and the number of guests, and we send the figure in writing before you pay.
There is no price on the card for one night or a day trip, so neither is for sale. The shortest private trip is 3D2N. We would rather tell you that than make up something shorter. Not sure of your dates yet? Send the month, and we will tell you what today's card says and what still has to be confirmed.
WhatsApp, a written quote, a date reserved for you
Message us on WhatsApp: the dates, how many guests, how many days. You get availability and a quote in writing, one line per item: the boat, the park package, each extra you mentioned.
Pay 50 percent and the date is yours. The remainder falls due 30 days before departure. If anything is added later, it arrives as a new written line, never as a quiet change.
For your flight: we meet you at Komodo Airport or at your hotel between 09:00 and 09:30, and the boat leaves between 10:00 and 11:00. On the last day of 3D2N it is back at the harbour around 12:00, so book flights home after 15:00. A private charter can move boarding and finishing times to suit your flights; give us the flight numbers when you write.

What does a private charter cost for just the two of us?

Is that price everything, including tax?
The boat price is a rounded all-in figure, with VAT of 11 percent included. It does not cover the Komodo park package, a guide, photo or video documentation, alcoholic drinks, flights, hotels, insurance, crew tips or card fees. We list each as its own line in your quote.
What is included and what is left out of a private charter?
Included: the harbour transfer, crew and cruise director, three meals a day, coffee, tea and water, snacks and fruit, towels, life jackets and snorkel gear. Left out: the park package, a guide, documentation, alcoholic drinks, flights, hotels, insurance and crew tips.
Can we sleep in any cabin, and do the best ones cost extra?
All six cabins are yours on a private charter. No cabin carries a surcharge, so Jasmine with its panoramic view costs the same as a Deluxe cabin below. The whole-boat price depends on the trip length and the guest band, not the cabin.
If Gammara cannot sail on our date, what happens to our money?
We offer an equal or higher class phinisi on the same date at no extra charge, or a full refund. Refunds are normally transferred within 2 x 24 hours of the conditions being met. You pay nothing again for a swap, and we confirm the replacement in writing before you accept it.
Can I book a Komodo trip for 2027 already?
Yes. 2027 open-trip dates are on the calendar on the same Monday and Friday rhythm, and a private charter can be reserved for any free 2027 date. 2026 prices are valid to 31 December 2026; your 2027 price is confirmed in writing before you pay.
