The night before boarding, in town

Sleep in town the night before. The pickup is at 09:00 to 09:30, and the pier is a short drive from every hotel on this page. A morning flight into Labuan Bajo is a gamble on a delay, and a night in a proper bed is the cheapest insurance on the trip. Delays happen. Beds do not.

It is also a calm first evening. You can walk to the waterfront, eat something you did not pack, and sleep in a bed that does not move.

Arrive the day before, even if the flight is early. Stay near the harbour if you want an easy start, or near the airport if you land late.

Message us with your dates, your budget and the area you prefer, and our team can reserve a room on your behalf. We confirm the price with the hotel for your dates and send it to you in writing before you decide. You choose, and nothing is booked without your word.

We do not sell flight tickets. We do help you pick a sensible arrival day, a hotel and a pickup in one WhatsApp thread, so that nothing is held in three places.

A hotel is not part of any boat price on this site. Hotels before and after the trip are always yours to pay, to the hotel or through us, and the quote says which. No hotel is added without your word.

Plan the last night as carefully as the first. Nobody wants a rush at the end of a honeymoon. A 3D2N trip reaches the pier about 12:00 on day three, and a flight after 15:00 leaves time for lunch and a shower. If your flight leaves in the evening, a day room or a late checkout at a hotel near the airport is a kindness.

If your flight leaves early the next morning, sleep in town. Longer private routes can end at midday or in the morning, and we agree the time with you in advance. Ask the hotel for a late checkout when you book.

Pack a change of clothes in a bag you can reach.

Keep it in one thread. The airport pickup, the hotel and the pier time can all sit in a single WhatsApp conversation with us, and it saves you chasing three addresses on the morning you sail.

Send us your flight number when you have it, and the name of your hotel. We confirm the pickup place and the time in writing before the day. On the open trip the pickup runs from 09:00 to 09:30 and the boat leaves between 10:00 and 11:00. On a private charter, the time is set with your date.

If a flight is delayed, tell us at once. We pass the news on to the boat. We cannot promise the departure will wait, so a flight the day before is still the safe choice.
